Terms of use
Effective 24 October 2026
LD Budget is a personal budgeting service operated by Samer Mahamid, Bulgaria. Contact: [email protected]. By creating an account, you accept these terms. You must be an adult and provide an email you control. Keep your password private and do not share access to another person’s budget.
What the service does
The service records the information you enter and calculates planning and balance summaries. It does not hold money, issue credit, initiate bank payments or provide investment, tax or financial advice. Credit limits and reminders are records, not statements from your bank. You are responsible for checking amounts, bank statements, due dates and currency before relying on them. Different currencies are never added together as if they had the same value.
Your data and responsibilities
You retain your rights to your budget data. You permit us to store and process it to provide the service, as described in the privacy notice. Do not upload unlawful material, other people’s private financial information without authority, card numbers or bank credentials. Do not attempt to access other accounts, abuse registration or disrupt the service. We may restrict abusive accounts to protect users and investigate incidents, and will provide information where lawful and practical.
Availability and changes
The service is currently free. An internet connection is required. We aim to maintain reliable access, but outages and errors can occur. Keep your own exports of important records. Material changes to these terms or the service will be communicated in the service or by email before they take effect when practicable. No subscription or payment obligation is created by registration.
Closing your account and your legal rights
You may export your budget and delete your account in Settings at any time. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable EU consumer protections. Bulgarian law applies subject to mandatory protections in your country of residence. Contact us first about problems; you may also contact the competent consumer authority or courts. There is no requirement to waive your statutory rights.
